Our story
Built from experience inside the industry
EDINBiO was founded by HR professionals who spent their careers embedded in biotech, pharmaceutical and medtech organisations. We saw first-hand how people challenges — from rapid headcount growth to leadership transitions and regulatory change — could slow scientific progress when the right HR infrastructure wasn't in place.
We built EDINBiO to offer something different: specialist HR expertise that understands the language, pace and complexity of life sciences, delivered as a genuine partner rather than a transactional supplier.
